Mod doesn't work on multiplayer server

I have issue with this mod. It doesn't want to launch on my multiplayer server. When I am playing on server and check launched mods, this one is highlighted in yellow with description (not available). Is this mod not supported by some new updates or does it need some other mods to work properly?

you need to activate "that DAMN Library" to make it work, that library mod made it required to be activated retroactively.
