What's the point of minced meat?
As title says.

Just saving space in the warehouse if you constantly hunt various small animals and collect many incomplete stacks of meat that only take up space.

incredibly useful, i didn't think about that.

Also very good to prevent clogging up the hoppers for nutrient dispensers, since every quantity of meat not divisible by 6 normally leaves bit in the hopper that can't be turned into paste and needs to manually be removed before other meat can be inserted.

Honestly, the game absolutely didn't need to give every single animal a uniquely named meat type. It only matters for insects, humans, wasteland animals in biotech and very rarely with ideology's reveered animals.

I use it so my meals all have the same meat ingredient and are therefore stack-able.

I've also edited mine in the mod's files so minced meat has twice the nutrition of regular meat but you need twice as much meat to make a single batch. (Essentially, 75x minced meat has the nutritional value of 150x any other meat, but you need 150 meat to make it) That way, I get to store more nutrition per cell without "creating" more nutrition or going over the 75 stack limit, since mincing meat in real life makes it easier to store, and I think it should've been a feature from the start.

On top of the other answers, chopping meat turns human and twisted meat into a normal meat type, removing the debuff
