Mabye Deadly Antilions?
They would say...take you into there nest and cacoun you. and also to other npcs and with the grubs they would place them next to you and then you die as the grub goes onto your face and eats it off.and the Workers/antilions would make the nest somewhere on the map that has a underground area.and the walls and stuff would be coverd in there nesting stuff.and they would also take props/fresh bodies in there to to help/feed the grubs.and the guards would guard the grubs and patrol and vents would be where you and the grubs are.and when you die cacooned you get replaced with a body like the corpse 1 or one of the burt ones.Leave your suggestions if the develepor likes this!and dev you can go from what I layed down!

Well They would go onto your face when your capured.

You do realize how difficult if not impossible it would be to make a randomly generated cave on every map right? Sorry if i'm being rude it just sounds impossible.

The cave could be placed via entity.

this suggestion is not a possibility, the work required to make it would be immense and to a degree not even possible within the framework of gmod ai.
