Checking Aegonian's page for Elithian Races Mod it appears that this is caused when the metamaterials.config file is being overwritten. The specified time I found was a conflict between Shreddy's Complex Blocks and Elithian Races Mod and Aegonian was able to fix it by changing something in his mod but... it looks like Aegonian has been away from the Starbound modding scene since then. If you are willing to look at his mod and check to see why this happens I would be very grateful and / willing to even get the full log.

I'm using a shockbyte server to host it but I hope these logs stick around long enough for you to check it out.
Edit : that kinda weird.. my mod using very basic code just like most race and dont add much stuff i want to see log without FU patch if it not crash
Edit 2 : i test with my all mod enable maldacht and bennacht with all those patch with FU and Elithian race and result is not getting any crash only small error
PS.with steam still not try Shockbyte server yet
and what i found in your first log is there is a lot of error from many race treasure pool and Elithian race's error of could not read projectile file and asset file and most of them relate to FU
and the line that telling what shutdown server is

how weird that i dont see bennacht name and ID in log
To note; Shockbyte servers are linux based so... I bet I would probably have a similar issue if I installed the entire mod-list to a linux server. I'd do it myself but I don't have a linux machine strong enough to run a Starbound server that could support even one connection.
I may have an idea to troubleshoot; could be that adding Bennacht to an existing world could be causing the server to crash at the start, so I might do a test run on second shockbyte server at the cheapest tier once I have the spare cash to do so; might be able to do some testing there or maybe even shave some mods out of the list.
For now I guess... hold off looking into it unless you have an epiphany. I'll see about doing a bit more research. Might take a look through Elithian Races on github to see if there is anything about the avikanracinggatefast.object that might clear up any confusion.
Edit: Oh and thanks for replying so fast (I didn't even expect a reply until like a few days later.) I'll be sure to keep an eye on my alerts on steam more actively.
when i have free time i like to find out if my mod cause issue
also both bennacht and maldacht dont have dungeon structures or npc that spawn on planet
to avoid save file damaging and corrupt after uninstall them
it make me wonder more if my mod can cause issue
i try to make both race safe to use as possible before i release the remake of both race
it gonna be alternative version that co-exist with old race but surely it gonna add some stuff that might damaging save file so it might took long month or year to developing to stable stage before release to public
P.S im on modding break time so i stop doing major update but not stop bug fixing if those bug really fatal
