Riot police shield issue

I doubt this will be noticed any time soon, but here we go. Riot police shield is absolutely off-place, floating in the air by the 'policeman' and providing zero coverage for him. I have Half Life 2 so I don't know what's the problem

UPD: It's fixable by disabling AI before spawning riot police, then the shield is held properly even after you turn it back on. Weird fix
