STATS SUGGESTION THREAD
I think it should have stats similar to half-zatoichi, but instead of health, you receive more damage:

:) on kill - minicrit boosed for 5 sec
:( honorbound - cannot switch weapons until a kill

Before commenting, remember the rules of good stat ideas:
- no more than 5 stats
- design the stats around the weapon's look and name
- try to imagine a playstyle where the weapon could be used

+: On kill: Gives jump boost for 4 seconds. Jump's height is same as Scout's Winger (with single jump counting)

If it will become reskin: Half-Zatoichi

You have to be Pro Soldier in Medieval Mode using it.

+ +30% damage taken from melee source
- -30% damage taken from range sources
- Honorbound: Once drawn sheathing deals 50 damage to yourself until it kills.
Jump boost on kill seems like a really measily upside for a weapon thats honorbound
+3 consecutive hits crits and bleed for several second
-no random crits
-10 damage penalty
+On hit deals bleed
- Slower swing speed
- On inspect take bleed damage
also longer ranged

When I see this, I think of swords admiral commanders in the 1700s would use, so maybe something like that. Maybe it could combine with a banner to do something. Maybe a parryinhg mechanic? I don't know if this would be balanced, but:
- Longer draw time
+ Longer range
+ Increased buff duration with any banner
+ Increased buff effect (Buff banner would make it full crits, battalion's increase damage resistances to 50% resist, conch make syou even faster and more heal on hit)
- On buff banner deploy forced to melee weapon for 5 seconds

when you hit someone in a melee fight first you will do a pary in which you will do the damage and the enemy dosent damage ,it can be used with banners for a buff ,on kill you get a 5 secand speed boost,its down side is slow deplioumant and slow attack

Weapon functions as a mini banner.

Pros:
On Kill: Increase you and your teammates movement speed by 20% for 5 seconds.

Cons:
No Random Crits
When equipped: 10% damage vulnerability on wearer.
This Weapon has a large melee range and deploys and holsters slower

On kill: Completely fills Banner Rage
+33% faster secondary holster and deploy speed

No random critical hits
-20% max primary ammo on wearer
I came up with a design that offers various boosts to secondary weapons and encourages frequent melee use but slightly weakens primary output.
Longsword: This weapon has a larger melee range and deploys and holsters slower. Also, no random critical hits.
+Damage from this weapon fills banner rage 50% faster.
+On kill: half-reload primary and fully reload secondary weapons.
+With Boots or Parachute equipped: 15% faster walk speed on wearer while active.
-25% slower primary reload speed on wearer. (also slows Beggar's Bazooka loading). (Design Notes: This was initially going to be a primary ammo decrease, but the Cow Mangler exists).
