Add dungeon bricks being given post skeletron

This would allow us to make an artifical dungeon - there are lots of item drops unobtainable atm without dungeon mob drops. An alternative is having all dungeon mob drops each have a chance to come from opening a dungeon crate. Also add something to give players access to shimmer.

Just checked and I dont see dunegon bricks in the shop of the clotheir.
