How I fixed only infection gamemode issue. (Intended for Modmakers)
To fix this issue your mod needs a "multiplayer_object_types.bin" file included in your mod folder prior to uploading.

To get this file is kind of a hassle but I found this tutorial page which explains how to get it.

Once you have it you want to put it somewhere in your mod's folder.

Open the Reach Mod Uploader Tool and go to where you add your .map file. At the bottom there will be a button labeled "IMPORT MULTIPLAYER OBJECT TYPES". Click it and select your multiplayer_object_types.bin file.

Once this is done upload it to the workshop, download, and enjoy!

So we have to mod the game in the mod tools ourselves to be able to play any other gamemodes??
I'm only mentioning this because there's another mod like this with the sane issue, not your mod or anything.

Not necessarily, you are using one of the mod tools to get an additional file to add your mod, it is a pain the first time but it makes sense after you get it setup. This additional file is needed in order for Halo to allow all gamemodes to work on a map. My guess is this was done so Bungie could limit certain gamemodes from being played on maps.
