Primary Weapons
1. Assault Rifle
2. Pistols (Can only be used if you have the Primary secondaries mod installed.)
3. Sidearms (Can only be used if you have the Primary secondaries mod installed.)

Secondary Weapon
1. Arcthrower

Squaddie Perks
1. Rapid Aid: The Soldier can quickly provide aid (Heal) to a nearby injured ally. Can be done twice a mission.
2. Mechanist: Your Arc thrower can damage and repair robotic units. (can repair twice a mission)
3. Regenerative mist: Smoke grenades thrown by the support heal creatures. The healing occurs at the start of the next turn.

GTS Perks
1. Covering Fire: Same as vanilla Skill.
2. Fixer: Once per turn, you may remove mental impairments from an adjacent ally or repair an adjacent robot.
3. Engineer's Combat Training: Gain a +1 armor, +10 Defense and learn the Overcloak Protocol Ability. Overclock Protocol can be used to enhance robotic Units.

Support Tree
corporal: Extra Gear (Grants +1 extra use for any item and non-damaging grenades carried in a utility slot.)
sergeant: Quick Patch (Medkits no longer use an action to heal.)
lieutenant: Triage (AOE heal removes status effects. 1 use per mission.)
captain: Medic Training (Grants +2 extra uses for any medkit item carried in any utility slot, and gain +2 mobility.)
major: Renewal (All allies within range gain 1 HP at the beginning of every turn.)
colonel: Armor Plates (The support brings additional armour plating that can be applied to a soldier in the field, granting them 2 points of armour and 1 ablative armor. Has only 3 uses per mission.)

Battery Tree
corporal: Taser Expert (Your Arc Thrower now has a bonus to hit, and disorients the target when it misses.)
sergeant: Jolt Awake (You fire your arc thrower to revive stunned, dazed or unconscious allies.)
lieutenant: Energy Shield (The support and all nearby allies within 5 meters gain 7 shielding for 5 turns. 5 Turn cooldown.)
captain: Shock Master (Your Arc thrower has an attack that can harm non robotic enemies, and arc thrower attacks no longer end your turn.)
major: Extra Grenades (Grants +1 additional grenade ues, for every one carried in any utility slot.)
colonel: Chain Lightning (Fire your Arc Thrower at every visible enemy who is capable of being stunned. Five-turn cooldown.)

Combat Tree
corporal: Put them Down (Gain bonus aim against stunned, panicked, or stunned foes.)
sergeant: Warden (Grants +10 Aim on Overwatch shots and allows them to crit.)
lieutenant: Ready For Anything (Will automatically go into overwatch when taking a shot with a primary firearm.)
captain: Surgical Precision (Reduces aim penalties from cover by half. Does not apply to reaction fire.)
major: Rapid Reaction (When in overwatch, each shot you hit with grants another reaction fire shot, up to a maximum of two additional shots.)
colonel: Coordinate Fire (Soldier fires and all adjacent allies also shoot target.)
