i recommend your mod compatible with pantry packing and Littering. it would be a good news for cigarette hoarders

I did try to create some function by adding mechanisms for packing up joints/blunts/cigars/cigarillos/cigarettes into packs and a carton. I can see the benefit in this too but it may be some time before I can explore adding in compatibilities.

@Shuriken The author who does compatibility between all the farming mods, including Le Gourmet Revolution, has already offered to render this compatible, but the author of this mod is not yet ready to merge the mod's code with the other farming mods. I'm sure the compatibility support will come down the road.

Add more strains types, make strains have different effects like some being specifically better for medicinal purposes like Jack Herer, Purple Kush, etc. while others are better for general use like increasing fun and just removing stress (don't know if it would be possible to code in but maybe add xp gain boosts through strains that increase focus for example), also add the possibility that through high levels of cultivation you could start making hybrids like Purple AK-47, etc.
Also i don't remember if the game had it or if it was part of a mod but ashtrays would be a nice thing to have.

any plans on implementing nasal snuff? in its most basic form, it could simply be made via milling cured tobacco leaves or cigars and passing the powder through a sieve; hell, i'm pretty sure coffee grinders are a tried-and-true method of processing snuff. a potentially much more advanced implementation might include processes like adding alkalizers, and/or substances like water, paraffin, mineral oil or butter (schmalz) to create different snuffs with different properties, like being easy to take.

as far as balancing goes, unmoistened snuffs could have a very high chance to make you sneeze or cough (that would get lower over time with experience, of course, but momentarily increase with subsequent use.) this could potentially encourage you to seek out goods for more complex and expensive recipes that offer significant upsides; for instance, german schmalzler-type snuffs are extremely fluffy and moist, and as such they don't make you sneeze nearly as much. additionally, snuffs could be made mentholated via addition of menthol or mint; these could serve as a natural remedy for headaches and colds, as they historically were.

right now, the game's missing a truly discreet and more importantly fast nicotine delivery method.. the smoker trait basically forces you to stand still / slow to a crawl while smoking once in a while. and while dip/chewing tobacco are both great options, especially considering the fact the game is set in kentucky, i'd imagine they're not nearly as easy or fast to use while running from a horde of zombies.

snuff could also naturally spawn in the world, albeit very rarely; in farming/rural supply stores, bars, and such. mostly in the form of large tins of scotch snuff (for reference: W.E. Garrett & Sons snuff.)

Depending on how far you want to take this, do you think could add in crack and a crack pipe lol. I also think hashish would make a great addition to this mod.

While hashish and kief would be great options for concentrating the large amounts of cannabis many farmers I'm sure, are trying to grow, concentrates such as budder, shatter, and diamonds can be an amazing addition. As someone else has also stated, adding strains that adds unique effects or increased effects such as nausea relief, pain relief, hastening injury healing, relieve endurance exhaustion. Looking forward to more updates in the future and planning on keeping this in my save for a long time.

Could please you consider making this mod more compatible with "Better Sorting" "Smoker" and "Soul Filcher's Farming Time"?

Hi, I will add to my list of things to explore in my next update. Better sorting shouldn't be too much trouble and with the amount of people asking about smoker I feel like I need to dig in there. Now for Soul Filcher's Farming Time, I don't know if that is going to be doable in the near future.

is it possible by any chance you could maybe make a separate mod or maybe build into the mod as a optional thing to enable is compatibility with Currency Trade Mod [B41]+ personally i feel like what would give more of a purpose than a niche thing was maybe people wold be able to grow weed and tobacco they find and sell it (based on quantity for gold bar's,silver bar's,etc) it would add a fun source of income if people were tired of constantly going on the move to kill zeds for jewelry specially with zed re spawns off

it would also:

give the books more of a purpose

be a fun way to make money and or a source of income in mp servers and would further encourage others to mess with or use the mod for income in mp servers

would make the experience more fun so it gives you a fun goal with a reward especially during endgame so doesn't feel like your growing a entire farm for no reason other than cause you can

(along with that if possible it would also be cool if maybe theirs some way to also sell beer in some way with the more brew's mod sense your also the creator of that but i could see that as a bit of a stretch your choice)

(apologizes if this is a weirdly specific idea of concept just thought it would be fun sense currency is basically my go to mod for multiplayer and theirs already a mod similar to my idea for green fire but that mod and the mod it uses its based on have been long outdated by now)

There are a ton of things to balance out throughout the entire mod. It was easiest to set the bag to be a half kilo with a unit of 10 to more easily distribute among baking/rolling/packing of products. I always believed Jig ga's gave too much of everything but that's my opinion. I also understand that everyone expects things differently on how they play hence the abundant amount of sandbox options. You can always tweak the bonus you get from cultivation plus yields in the options and get more per harvest.

imo you should prob be able to modify that to ur personal liking in mod settings
