don't know if its a mod conflict or something else, but most of the unique jobs aren't appearing, the only one i could get to appear was the limitanei

@The ogrelord that sounds like a mod conflict, are you using and mods that mess with the planetary administration/stronghold buildings?

@RIsk of Santa 2, yea thats prob what it is, i am using ethics and civics classic 3.6, one of the things it adds are new jobs to the buildings, including the admin building

hey i've encountered a problem that I cannot upgrade the planetary capital buildings with this mod, the button is always grey even though all the preconditions are fulfilled. Any ideas?

Hmm, not sure why that would be happening but there is a fair chance it is something caused by the mod. I'll have to do some testing and see if i can't narrow down either what is wrong or confirm that its something else.
