Crashing on "Initializing World"
Getting this error on the "Initializing World" screen which closes my game, I don't get it with any other maps or any other of Fishke's maps such as Southside.

I have a Ryzen 5 5600x, RTX 2070, 32gb ram, and I'm running the x64 branch.
This seems to happen regardless of enabled mods as I have tried disabling all mods to use it and gotten the same thing

Extracting BSP to map.pack in order to mount BSP embedded content...

I can't be of much help unfortunately, but I can say those SOLID_VPHYSICS errors are just the models in the map looking for a collision model when they're missing one (because they don't need one). It's nothing that you need to fix or worry about.

"Failed to create shape: Hull building failed, point 110 had an error of 7.31209e-06 (relative to tolerance: inf)."
I've never had that appear in my console during all the testing, so my guess is as good as yours. Your system sounds way more than capable to run any Gmod map, but I can't say why or what makes you crash. When all else fails, rename your GarrysMod folder to something else, verify game files through Steam and try playing on a 100% fresh install as that's what I have used when I have done any testing. Try switching back to x86 from the 64 bit branch too, just in case.

So, after playing on 32-bit, it launched fine. Switched back to 64-bit to see if an initial load would fix but it did not. Shame because 64bit is better performance but your map is really good and really well optimized so it's worth launching on 32 for me. Will enjoy it in 32 for now!

I've tested the map on both branches and they'd always play well. Something else must be causing that error if that's what is crashing your game. Hope you enjoy it regardless!

I'm not sure what it would be, I've tried disabling all mods, a fresh install as well now and it's always boned on 64 bit but is fine on 32 bit.

It is running smooth on 32 for me though so I am enjoying my time with it. This map is huge and so detailed. You've knocked it out of the park again, insane as always

how do you get 32 bit because its also not working for me

if you're on chromium branch it will be an option after hitting "play"

i did that but then my game crashed

I had the same problem (crash) I was on x86-64 - Chromium=64_bit binaries.

I restarted the game by selecting none and then I restarted in x86-64 - Chromium = 64_bit binaries, and this to correct my crash problem, I can connect in 64 bit.
