Anyone else getting only 1-3 fps for some reason?

Im having fps issues for some reason i am only getting 1-3 fps and im using fps fog saver as well still no luck

nope /=
im getting 300 fps on the map
try to delete the map and reinstall

I did delete and reinstall but nothing its still 1-3 fps it makes no sense
