I'm not certain it matters but you missed a tag for the 3rd physical attribute (in creature_mountain_orc.txt), i think:
[PHYS_ATT_RANGE:700:1200:1400:1500:1600:1800:2500]
Should be:
[PHYS_ATT_RANGE:TOUGHNESS:700:1200:1400:1500:1600:1800:2500]
