Mines with zombies?
Underground caverns as map locations that might spawn?

Someone already suggested something similar, to use the same mechanic as the basement mod. The thing is that I'm currently a bit busy at work, and with the upcoming build 42 they may add lover floor levels, so I may wait. But I really love the idea, I even thought about doing some procedural dungeon or something like that.

I was looking at the code for your miningmod (setting up a server and wanted this one included); would it be possible to implement with this workshop for forging? Workshop ID: 2900671939
Mod ID: RealMetalworking ; took a peak at their code as well, and i think it would be a great combination to put togethor. just some thoughts; was going to play around with code a bit, but i know i will end up breaking it somewhere lol

Using skills as some sorta energy bar can also be quite distracting. Couldn't this mod be balanced around using a lot of energy and burning calories instead?

i would agree, i was trying it out and was trying to figure out what was going on, and noticed the way it was utilizing. I haven't delved to far into it, but was "energy" an added slot for this mod? i know it gains passive with just sitting around or driving. i just feel like if implemented right and brought together with the two mods, you could do a lot of different things. I tried the Enhanced Crafting mod in juntion with this one, and the enhanced seems to no work 50% of the time, and when it does, it doesn't actually allow to use the tables and what not, they look to be static in a sense?

First of all, thanks for the suggestions. I do agree that the energy skill may not be the best implementation, but originally this was intended for a server, and they wanted to have it that way. Also, a planned on extracting it from this mod to its own mod, so I could use it on the rammaging mod that I was doing, so in that way they could both depend on the same energy.
Regarding the issues with the enhanced crafting, I don't quite get what you are saying, but this weekend I will have some free time and I would want to fix some issues a do some testing, so if you could explain in more details and provide information on how to replicate it I will try to solve it.

I havn't look into this mod, but i guess it depends on how it's coded and if it allow to customize/add recipes. If there is a way to add recipes to their functionallity, you just need to make a mod that add recipes that use the minerals mined from this mod. If not, you could make a mod that load after the minning mod and modify the looting tables so that the mines give materials from the RealMetalworking mod instead of the ones from the Minning mod.

All loot probabilities for each mine is stored in the lua table 'MiningRummaging.resources'. In case you decide to go this route, make sure to follow the format so the code doesn't break, and feel free to ask any questions regarding it.

Hi, very cool mod, I can help u with ru translations (I have them ready, but I don’t know where to send them to you) and I have a couple of ideas how to make the mod convenient for everyone (now a very small amount of ore can be mined, because energy is replenished slowly, and for each ore mining, 2 points out of 10 are removed)

Also this mod was originally design with a specific server gameplay in mind, but seeing the good reception it had,I may start to take suggestion to make it more suitable for general use
