Scythian Captains are bugged. The 2 skills, Prey of Anath Raema and Quiver of Aqshy, are available without needing to invest in previous skills. Furthermore, if you do invest skill points into them. The skills will automatically be removed, but the points you spend on them will be for ever gone. Even if you reset skill points.
