Regardless of which bind is first and who the camera is currently focused on, only the second player was capable of using their switch keybind. In the Improved Input Config, the keybind seems to be registering for both players, so I'm not entirely sure why specifically player 1 is barred off from using the switch keybind in-game.
I heard that Improved Input Config does not work with certain controller keys. (I don't know if that has been fixed.) Have you made sure that all inputs are recognized using the `TEST INPUT` menu?
As a side note, the second player can't use their switch keybind when the camera focuses on the first player. If he could then the camera was not focusing the first player.
