If you wanna know what my mods are to get that fempyro, it's a mixture of a few mods:

Sierra Foxtrot's Femme Pyro Renovation (Game Banana)
Lunatic's Leathers mod that shows skin (Also Game Banana)
Buffed Pyro Cosmetic (mods.tf) replacing the rail spikes with a custom texture that I made
