The roof rack icon is displayed as a vanilla shelf

Generators and Fuel Cans cannot be put at the top even if the roof rack is installed.

[EDIT]

I found the OP variant on west point but somehow the roof attachments doesn't work since the game cannot recognize the roofrack attachment.
