How does Kabarion Reconstruction work?
Is there some sort of specific conditions that have to be met for that move to show up on the list?

Maybe I just don't know how to read the menus or the codex but it really just feels like it's almost random when it shows up.

nevermind! did some testing, and i figured it out.
It appears when you only have 1 wing left in the air.
be aware that once you use it, you wont be able to stop yourself from collapsing onto the ground

Yep. Tested it here as well, seems like that's the case.
