KitchenLib will save your preferences and achievements locally and backed up via Steam Cloud across all devices.
In order to achieve this, KitchenLib will store your preferences and achievements in the following location :

%localappdata%low/It's Happening/PlateUp/ModData/KitchenLib/**/*.plateupsave

This is in the same location PlateUp! data is already stored.
Absolutely no data is shared with any third party other than the Steam Cloud service.

Due to the nature of KitchenLib it is impossible to list every piece of data that it stored as it allows dependent mods to create their own PreferenceManagers and AchievementsManagers. Although we CAN list what KitchenLib is saving.
