for gas stations in Slovenia you have to use company Petrol.. they own major part of gas stations in Slovenia (https://www.petrol.eu/binaries/content/gallery/skupina-petrol-eng/2021/products-and-services/petrol-stores.jpg) and now they have big part in Croatia, Bosnia

city of Novo mesto is known for company Krka Novo mesto (pharmaceutical company), in Koper obviously you have Port of Koper... I did not yet instal DLC because Promods overwrites it so I would have to know which kind of company do they include. if you need anything else for Slovenia feel free to contact me.

According to who? If you look at Sarajevo alone there is more Konzum than Bingo. A smaller but yet significant city like Zenica doesn't even have a Bingo.

I vote Konzum for supermarkets.

We have a bigger challenge with the 2 ports companies, as there not seems to be a real life counterpart which has multiple locations

Port in Rijeka -> Adriatic Gate Container Terminal (AGCT)

The problem with Adriatic Gate Container Terminal is that the Adrica company is also found in the other coastal cities of Croatia (Split and Zadar). I wanted to recommend Jadrolinija but they are only a ferry company that transports people and vehicles from what I know.

For the Crno-Drvo (Forestry Company), I noticed that it is only located in Montenegro. From my research (I'm Bosnian, not Montenegrin), I found Bekom Co. as a replacement, but they are located near Podgorica as opposed to were the Crno-Drvo company is located in the game. Nonetheless, it might be the best replacement, however, I have asked my friends in both Croatia and Montenegro to help me with this.

For gas stations, HIFA should definitley be in the game. Other common gas stations are INA, Gazprom. For Croatian gas stations, INA, NIS, and AGS are good options. For Serbia, HIFA and NIS seem to be the most common.
