All you need to do is to download this addon and get scripts from HL2 EP1 RUS version.
I don't know how that worked but you can try it out

My Brothers and Sisters in Christ, its broken. But that doesn't mean that these maps are entirely broken woah! Nuh-uh, just install the HL2 EP1 scripts, if you want the characters to talk then just try the Russian version.. but what is all important is the fun time that you've had in the game, so yeah just pretend that ur deaf (but if ur deaf how can u hear gunshots and explosions???) anyways, that's all for now God bless you all.
