I mean, look at the pictures, it doesn't even look like GMOD, and yes, a GTA 4 with ultra realistic mod and EVEN a real picture of New York, and talking about GTA 4, this reminds me of both GTA 4 and GTA 3/LCS maps(look at the description and you will see the map), it's like 2/3 of the GTA 3/LCS map and 2/4 of the GTA 4 map, but it's the real New York!!! I can confirm that in-game this map is still ultra realistic like the descriptions pictures, even in a low end pc(I have a low end laptop) and running the map at 2 "locked" fps(that was my case, probably because this map is very big or it's too detailed and realistic).
