titan shifting in the show you see a viarity (dont know how to spell) of shifters, armoured(reiner), beast, rouge/founding(eren), female(annie),beast(zeke) each have specific abilities ill label em,command and berserk(rouge command is you make titans do what you want),hardening(annie hard layer of skin to protect or fight),and last of all shifting(become a titan)
