Roadmap
Please understand that this "roadmap" is subject to change. At present, vehicles listed here are just potential ideas I intend to pursue. I intend to maintain this list in the order of highest-to-lowest priority, but this is just speculative. Some vehicles may not work out; some of them may get bumped by new and better ideas.

Here's the criteria by which I prioritize what I'll work on next...
  1. Vehicles that I just can't resist! i.e. Firewill's AV8B Harrier
  2. Vehicles that complement the CDLCs. i.e. MiG-29 fits well with GM and CSLA CLDCs
  3. Vehicles with reusable texture templates. i.e. CH-47s from RHS, CUP and Unsung Redux (henceforth URX)
  4. Vehicles whose texture templates are not overly complex to apply new camouflage to (easy things first, generally)

A glimpse of my to-do list, ranked highest-to-lowest priority (subject to change)...
  • Add Su-25 from RHS/CUP/Firewill to [CSLA] CSLA, [WS] SFIA, [GMX] CDF2022 & [Enoch] LDF
  • Add various static weapons from RHS/CUP (i.e. mortars, howitzers, ATGM tripods) to various factions. These won't be retextured, just configured with faction-specific crew.
  • Add Ka-52 from RHS/CUP to [WS] SFIA
  • Add C130 variants RHS/CUP/URX to various factions
  • Add Mi-24 & Mi-35 from RHS/CUP to [WS] SFIA

Some of the vehicles I've already identified as very low priority and/or least likely to be incorporated, with a brief rationale...
  • HMMWV (M998, M1025, M1043)... CUP & RHS uv layouts are different, and neither of those matches the uv layout used in CSLA CDLC, which I've already incorporated into the DCX_IC mod. (see criteria #2 & #3 above). If anything, these are candidates for a single colour retexture (i.e. to match vanilla NATO colouring); anything intricate, like MERDC or digital camo is not going to happen.
  • M1A1 & M1A2... same rationale as HMMWV
  • UH1s from any mod... I feel like my DCX mod has already retextured SOG CDLC's UH1s everywhere that they fit; I prefer to focus on new vehicles first.

A note about CH47s...
SOG's CH47 does not share the same UV layout as URX, CUP, and RHS; it is not possible to simply reuse textures I've created for this mod on SOG's CH47 in my DCX_VN mod or vice-versa. They simply don't fit, and would have to be re-drawn from scratch. I may do this with some of the less complex skins, but not the most complex ones, i.e. I will not be reproducing the RAF grey-green camouflage livery that I created for DCX_VN here in this mod.

A note about RAF & RNFAA AV8B Harriers...
The AV8B II Harrier exists in many mods, but I chose to focus on Firewill's because it doesn't use a single texture mirrored onto the left and right sides of the vehicle. This allows for a more satisfying rendition of the RAF grey-green camouflage. Unfortunately, the earlier Harrier I is not represented in any Arma3 mods, so where historical accuracy calls for it, such as the UK's RAF Harrier GR.3 or FNFAA Sea Harrier FRS.1, I have chosen to fictionalize. This is why you may come across a Harrier GR.4 or a Sea Harrier FRS.1F - neither of those was ever a real thing.

  • RAF No. 4 Squadron (part of RAFG in the timeframe of DMO_CWN mod)
  • generic RNFAA grey on white
  • RNFAA No. 800 Naval Air Squadron (served in the Falklands War)
  • RNFAA No. 801 Naval Air Squadron (served in the Falklands War)
  • RNFAA No. 892 Naval Air Squadron (served in the Falklands War)
