Loading Time in a Tool

Everytime I open a UI menu for a tool, I am unable to use it for about 10 seconds. I didn't have a problem with that at first, but it gets a bit annoying after a while. I am using no other mods besides the one I am developing, and it still occurs when I disable that.

Not sure if this is a skill issue with my computer or not
