toolbar not moving

when i hold and click the "area to ove it" in the tool Bar, it snaps out in a free space and i can move it. it just moves a sliver to the right and doesn't at all. flashes my game a few times with "freezes?".

nevermind, its because i was using the "empty" preset thingy. had to use advanced just to move it
