Directional Scale Controls (Stretching)
Beginner's Guide
Greetings everyone.

I downloaded this tool to help me expand on some Minecraft blocks (Namely the Water Blocks).

Subscribing to it and reading the description of using it...
I'm still completely clueless on using the dang thing.

Can someone explain the directions on how to properly use this addon, but in layman's terms?

Hello, I had the same issue but after playing with settings I made it work

First of all, sorry for the english XD

Step 1: Right click the model, then select the rig option and then load rig script.
Step 2: You will need to search the sfm folder/workshop/scripts/sfm/dag/exact/count 1, and then select the script that says directional_scale_controls.py
Step 3: Once you have selected the script, it will show you a message, just click ok and then search for the script tab in the top of the sfm window (file edit windows view scripts)
Step 4: Click where it says umfc and then directional scale patch.

And that's all, hope you can now understand how it works :steamhappy:

Search where, search within SFM or in Windows Explorer

I figured it out. Follow steps 1 and 2 from above then:

1. Open an SFM project.
2. At the top, you should see tabs ( 'File' 'Edit' 'Windows' 'View' 'Scripts' 'Help' ), Click the 'Scripts' button, which should reveal 'umfc'
3. Hover over 'umfc' and you should see 'Directional Scale Patch,' click that then click 'ok'

Now you should scale objects! Simply right-click the bone you wish to scale, hover over 'DAG Utilities Menu' and add 'direction_scale_controls'

we may need a video of how this was done, because as of right now i'm completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lost. did you go to "show in explorer" to get the umfc? because that's the only place where i could find it. yet i can't get it in at all. a video would be really nice on how to do this
