Downloaded the mod today, Clown power does not show up at all for the class, is it existant but not showing?

It requires you to level up once and pick up the first talent to actually gain Clown Power. I booted up the game to double check since I am not on Baro much these days and there have been several updates. Seems to work fine, on my end anyways.
