All you'd have to do is put this file in your "data" folder in the Troy game's folder and it should work (I guess you have to enable the mod though, in the launcher, if it is anything like CA's launcher on Steam).

I am totally loving it so far, playing as Menelaus on veteran, the starting enemy faction of Tirnys did not make another army at start like it usually does and it made all the difference. It was really off putting how minor factions have full stack armies, or multi-stacks with a couple of settlements.
Each battle seems important and the pacing is much better than base game.
