Do you have any other clothing mods that update the functionality of the leather/clothing benches, perchance? Just my guess but if the clothes are not showing up in the crafting menu for the leather bench/clothing bench, maybe there might be another mod that is overriding the functionality? If you do have other mods, I'd suggest experimenting with the load order.

If this is not the case I'll see if I can give it some thought, and run my own experiments on my side to see what else might potentially cause this.

Found them. totally my fault. Another mod had messed with Leather and clothing. {Something I made)
