Fortress Karkinos

Controls
Left click = Left claw slam/ Left grab - 250 melee damage, hold left click to grab (550 dragweight limit). Default stam cost.

Left+right click = Double slam - 275 melee damage, hits twice. Default stam cost.

Z = Cosmetic roar.
L-Ctrl = Sweep - 100 melee damage, hits multiple times. Unridden Fortress Karkinos can turn while using this move to help them get targets that go behind them. Costs 150 stam.
X = Burrow - doesn't deal damage and will force you off the saddle, but will fully heal your Fortress Karkinos as well as replenish its armour. Has a huge 1200 second cooldown.
Spacebar = Jump.

Taming method
Fortress Karkinos is immune to torpidity as long as any amount of armour remains on its body, to peel the armour off you need to drop its health below certain thresholds. Once all the rocks are gone you can tranq it with darts like any other dino. They are able to burrow and heal themselves so if it's low and you're worried you'll kill it then just wait for it to burrow and repeat the process.

Q = Tail whip - 125 melee damage, has high knockback and applies a long stun and has a decent cooldown. If used when it's on cooldown you will grab instead.

Spacebar = Armour up - After a long wind up deals 15 melee damage and freezes both its legs and nearby enemies. Its armour buff reduces its movement speed by 20% and reduced incoming damage by 35%. The ice armour will melt if the mammoth is set on fire. Costs 350 stam.
Spacebar (Empowered) = Tantrum stomp - After a brief windup deals 500 melee damage and shatters the mammoth's armour. Unridden Glacial mammoths won't use this attack. Costs 200 stam.

Gladiusaur

Controls
Left Click = Bite - 150 melee damage, can pierce golem armour.

Spacebar = Impale - 100 melee damage, impales target (600 drag weight max) and has a decent windup and cooldown. Costs 200 stam.
Spacebar (Carrying target) = Spit roast - 50 Melee fire damage, hits multiple times and can set rock golems on fire. Will also apply a temporary buff to the Gladiusaur that buffs its damage by 10% and ignites its tail causing it to do constant tics of 20 damage.

Overheat buff = 15 fire damage in a 2000 unit radius, the damage scales with melee but deals less damage the further the target is. The buff drains stam until it's duration ends or you drop below 15% of your max stam.
