This map uses too much ram!

When I load the map on my computer, I looked at my task manager and it's using almost 100% of my ram. I wonder what's causing that?

I am an amateur map maker, so I don't know some brush tool entities that could lessen the ram use. Also, the map goes from the height limit to the bottom limit, so it can be seen as much deeper. This was my first map.
