Ambitions

While all Ambitions are unique in their theme and effects, they all follow a similar base structure:

A Trigger which begins the Adoption Event. Ambitions can have multiple triggers and are never guaranteed to fire.
A Permanent Modifier with both Positive and Negative Effects.
A Temporary Modifier which starts running out upon unlocking the Ambition.
A repeatable Quest, which rewards you whenever you complete it.
A conditional Quest, which rewards you as long as the condition is met.
The Ambition Quest, which can only be completed once.

"Determination": Unity from Jobs +5% for 1 Year
Repeatable Quest and Rewards
Unlock any Ascension Perk:
Increases "Determination" by +5% and 1 Year
Gain "Determination"
Conditional Quest and Rewards
While any Leader is at least level 10:
Leader Exp Gain +50%
Ambition Quest and Rewards
Complete any Ascension Path
Rewards based on Ascension Path

Energy Storage +10000
Increased Piracy
Crime +100%
Temporary Effects
Increases Consumer Goods, Worker Output, Trade Value by and reduces Building and District Cost
This effect starts at 15% and falls off by 1% every year.
Repeatable Quest and Rewards
Whenever a Resolution which you supported in the Galactic Community is passed, you gain a Donation.
Donations starts at 200 and increase by 200 every time.
Conditional Quest and Rewards
While you control the Market Station:
+2% Diplomatic Weight and +1% Trade Value for every GalCom Member
Ambition Quest and Rewards
Pass "Underdeveloped System Utilization" as Galactic Law:
Gain +1% Trade Value, 50% Chance to increase by another 0.5% every year.

Generals & Admirals +1 Level Cap

Codebreaking -50%
Base Intel -25

"Bloodlust":
Fire Rate +1%
Ship Build Speed +1%
Bloodlust is stackable and loses 1 Stack per year, starts with 5 Stacks
Repeatable Quest and Rewards
Destroy any Empire:
Gain a stack of Bloodlust
Conditional Quest and Rewards
While you are in any offensive war:
Minerals output +15%
Naval Cap +100
Prevents Bloodlust stacks from falling off
Ambition Quest and Rewards
Be considered Crisis by the Galactic Community:
Adds 5 Bloodlust stacks, doubles your bloodlust stacks and stops bloodlust from falling off permanently.

For every habitable uncolonized Planet in your Borders gain "Natural Wonder":

Ambition Quest and Rewards
Finish at least 10 Planet Studies (from Study Planet Decision):
Doubles the effects of Planet Studies and Natural Wonders

This effect increases for every colony.

This effect is multiplied by number of planet pops divided by number of owned colonies

Repeatable Quest and Rewards
Establish a new Colony:
Gain "A new Opportunity" for 5 Years
On New Planets: +10% Pop Growth, +25% Immigration Pull
On Old Planets: -10% Pop Growth, +10 Emigration Push
Negative Effect increases for every New Planet
Conditional Quest and Rewards
Gain Pop Happiness based on the Percentage of Pops without Migration Controls enabled.
Pop Happiness +10% at 100% free travelling Pops
Ambition Quest and Rewards
Colonize at least 10 Planets:
Your 10 Oldest Planets become the "Hearthland", gaining +1 Districts and Building Slots and disabling the negative effects Wanderlust and A New Opportunity
