are the random parts of bhutan that are trapped in tibet accurate?
The countys in England are the modern versions. The oldest one is the Greater London Area witch was founded in 1968

The name "Nové mesto nad Váhom" is too specific to be used for an entire state in Slovakia
I would reccomend changing to "Záhorie" as that would be more accurate and less specific considering there are states like western Slovakia (Západné Slovensko) and central Slovakia (Stredné Slovensko)

In north Iraq, Mosul is on the opposite side of the river that its supposed to be, and the eastern side should also have an Assyrian majority area. And also there aren't any Assyrian cores either

there are fewer historic counties in england, so ceremonial ones were determined to be better :steamsunny:
