Soviet State/City Names Renaming to imperial names
Add support for the Soviet focus to restore the tsardom. When i restore the russian empire after winning the civil war, i find it annoying that stalingrad isn't renamed to Tsaritsyn or Volgograd at least. Also Leningrad state itself is not renamed after we win. There is an DLC event that renames Leningrad to "St. Petersburg" but the state is not renamed if i use your mod. Also there are many cities throughout the Soviet Union that were renamed, maybe consider renaming all of them to the name they had before the bolshevik revoluition. For example Yuzovka, etc
