You can use Gmad to extract the files and then move them over to SFM.

However, it seems that the base textures are too big to be read by SFM. You'll need to scale them down using VTFedit.

I tried this, and found that SFM isn't reading one of its materials. I get a pink overlay on the weapons in SFM.
