is it one basement for everyone or each player get it own basement ?

That depends on how your admin sets things up.The basement item (for right now!) can only be spawned by an admin. Each placed Basement belongs to the person or clan that places it, and can then be accessed by them. There can be as many basements on the map as the admin chooses to give out.
