Original flashlight doesn't work

my orginal flahslight dosent work anymore can someone tell me how to fix

Why can i Not Hold 2 Weapons Like in the screen Shots cuz i have vmanip (base) and i Try to Hold 2 Weapons and i don_t Know how to use the Base

Flashlight not working like it used to

So, whenever I use this flashlight mod the left hand doesn't remove his hand from the gun and just magically appears another hand holding the flashlight, BUT when I use the MW 2019 guns, the left hand just get out of the gun and grab the flashlight, wtf someone help
