Flashlight not working like it used to

my orginal flahslight dosent work anymore can someone tell me how to fix

Why can i Not Hold 2 Weapons Like in the screen Shots cuz i have vmanip (base) and i Try to Hold 2 Weapons and i don_t Know how to use the Base

Original flashlight doesn't work

this mod just broke my flashlight, i tried "bind f impulse 100" and yet it didnt work at all, i verified my game files and even reopened gmod, still nothing

same problem, i tried to solve this problem for day 4-6 days and nothing helps, the command itself in the console works but the bind does not

I download just a addon, i didn't like it animation bugs, i deleted it and with it the ability to turn on the flashlight disappeared
