Nextbots dont work on the map
when i spawn nextbots like munci, they dont move, but when i spawn some 3d bots like huggy or siren head, they can move but for limited time before they disappear

I think is because there can't be nav generate

Of course they dont, the whole Infmap is a model not a real map, its basically imposible to give this a navmesh/ai nodes
