can you make a san andreas map with just las venturas like area 69 in that map cause i wanna do like a area 51 rp without lag in gmod

i just want the desert biome which will include the airfield and area 69 and some of the highway and lil probe in


edit: this is the one i want btw and i want area 69 to have the inside interior, and can the Area 51 gate be opened with a button on the map like a normal gmod door and the entrance to the interior can it be a sliding door with a button aswell?

you should upload each part of the san andreas map to steam so people can choose one in order to not stutter as much
