In a dedicated server there are no collisions
I wanted to have the map on a dedicated server like this to have the best performance on this map that equals gta 5 (xd), and for some reason the collisions never finish loading, there is the whole map and I can explore it with the noclip but there is no collision

I have the server in x64 bits

It's mediafire dude, just put the url into a website known as "norton safeweb" (search for it) and it will tell you if a given website has any actual malware on it.
