All this addon does is fix the pedobear's texture so that it looks normal, and probably some more bugs with it. It is not, and I repeat, not it's own gamemode. It's simply just an addon for this gamemode and the creator of it couldn't be bothered to put in a description to explain that, which is why I'm explaining it here.
