Bypassing choice selection

Would there be a way to bypass host choice selection for the new BOIII client's dedicated servers? Since nobody becomes the host and host migration is not possible, players are just stuck at "Waiting for host to make choice". Commands to bypass or lua script or something like that specifically for this map maybe?
