+Slows enemy for 3 secs on hit
+25% accuracy

-1 shot clip (obviously)
-15% reload speed

I want this to have utility and not just be a better or worse version of the ambassador, could switch out the slow for knock back similar to the force-a-nature

30% less bullet spread
+15% faster reload speed
kills restore 20 health and gain 20% of current cloak filled
-30% clip size (4 shots total)

easier to aim but less chance of securing a kill if you miss your shots, if you end up unloading your clip and only hitting one shot theres a high chance that you're going to die before you finish reloading but the faster speed should make it possible for you to capitalise on your opponents hesitation if you somehow survive.

idea is, this helps spy have a better chance of survival when caught in a situation where he is known, helping against to quickly gun someone down with some range to stay out of a pyros fire and/or heal if caught in the afterburn. the stats may not reflect the idea but I'm not a game designer also tried to make it so you can't go complete gunspy hence the 4 shots

(!) A single shot “revolver” that reloads automatically
(+) 20% damage
(+) Mini-crits on headshot
(+) 40% more accurate
(-) -84% clip size
(-) Rounds make a loud, distinctive firing sound similar to a sniper rifle
(-) Smoke trail follows the bullet

+ 100% critical hit rate
+Bullets pierce targets
+killing blow on an enemy deals splash damage
+reloads when not active
-5 bullets in clip
-loud firing sound
-10% reload speed
-cannot reload while cloaked

Damage values may need tweaking, but what I’m going for is a heavy hitting ambush revolver similar to the ambassador, but that is worse at sustained encounters in return for higher one shot damage. The high damage wont be enough to one-shot light classes but is enough for effectively punishing low-health enemies

[My Stat Ideas]

On Hit: Marks enemies for death for 4 seconds
15% Damage Bonus
Shoots a projectile bullet (can be reflected)
-80% Clip size (1 shot)
-20% Reload speed
No random critical hits

[Unimportant Explanation]
My mindset for this was for this to be a "supportive" tool, since the Spy is in the support tab. It would help your team kill a high-valuable target slightly faster. (I was originally thinking of a 2 second speed boost on hit, but then I decided against it since the Big Earner does this on kill, and I think a different and new use would be better). The bullet being a projectile again, is just to make it different, and take at least a little bit a skill to hit the shot, another reason is because the bullet is big. Speaking of the bullet, there's only 1, so it's pretty self-explanatory how many shots you have before reloading. As for reloading, slower reload speed because it's a heavy bullet because of how big it is, (kinda of a lousy explanation but it is one). I removed the crits because of the slight damage bonus, because unlike the Enforcer that (now) only gives the damage bonus while disguised, this one has it regardless. The damage bonus is to give a slight assist in toward in killing the higher hp classes/target, and because once again the bullet is so big that naturally it'd do a little more.
