Does this mean, that we could be able to obtain lost promotional weapons, such as Black Rose? (I don't have an achievement)
I mean, it could be way better if those lost promotional achievements will be in TF2 somehow. Like this, there might be a "Wheel of Lost" which requires such ticket to obtain a random lost weapon(even if you don't have an achievement for it).

But chances of getting such weapons like Iron Curtain, Lugermorph or Black Rose would be the rarest, so Steam Market won't fall in a seconds after Ticket will be added (if added).

Like, All I want is to get Black Rose, I was scrolling down the Internet to obtain one without getting banned(and I got banned once...). But it's value in Market is too expensive for me to obtain that all I can do is nothing about that. To get such achievement, I need the game called A.V.A. but nobody can get it anymore. I do still able to get "Pocket Night In The Inventory" to get Iron Curtain and Luger, but I'm a Spy main, I don't like play Heavy or using pistol on Scout. I'd like to know that you think, dev. You did a great job thought, hope this will be added.

So there's still a way to get black rose as a achievement?

Well, yes and no at the same time. I've been scrolling down a lot of pages in the Internet, just to find a way to get the achievement for Black Rose. But as i researched more, the more i was getting sad, cos there's no legit way to get Black Rose without getting banned right away. It's still in TF2 though, but you can't get the game A.V.A. - the game to get this achievement,it was closed many years ago. All we can do now, is wait and hope for remaining devs of TF2 to respond to us and accept this Ticket.
That way, some players who's not interested in game, will sold their Black Roses and price for them will be lowered, cos it will not be as rare anymore. This is what i'm hoping for at least...

I really doubt that Valve will add this to TF2, it's a lot of work for developers, and they don't really like to touch the game code, which is as tangled as spaghetti.

The only way to obtain black rose I found is to download a Blackrose For Knife[gamebanana.com] mod hat replaces stock knife model to black rose, yes you don't actually have it as item, but atleast you can play with it legally.
