Lost and Found Claim Ticket
how would it work and anti exploitation suggestion
So, as the name suggests, i will write here some suggestions on how would the item work and some suggestions on how to make it as unexploitable as possible.

HOW WOULD IT WORK

i have a n idea that, if added, the item could probably have access to steam servers' database, wich could see every item you got, traded, deleted etc. from there, (i say the item servers because the item history you can normally access just can't go down to day 1 sadly), it would look for achievement items and see if said item got deleted, if yes, give it back to the player and if no, do nothing.

also, i do believe that all achievement items could be considered of "normal" quality, thus making it impossible to delete, impossible to sell, untradeable and unusable in crafting.

as of items solely created to be used in crafting (such as the haunted scrap metal for example), i do think that, if used in crafting, it should be re-obtainable but all items made with the recovered metal should be untradeable and not sellable (if that is even a word).

ANTI EXPLOITATION SUGGESTION

as my suggestion, i do think that, in order for an item to be recoverable, it needs to either be DELETED or USED IN CRAFTING, either way it would be impossible to just keep getting the same items again and again and again. if you get that item back and use another ticket, you will recieve nothing because you haven't deleted any achievement items, thus not needing to use one. (and the ticket won't be deleted, duh)

note : i have noticed that it is a normal question that "if i delete the ticket, and use another ticket to get it back, do i get it back?" my suggestion would be: pretty much, i mean you deleted it and used another one to get back so you pretty much traded six for half a dozen. (or just make the ticket non-tradeable and/or deletable altogether).

about getting it... maybe you could either craft it or just buy it from the store, easy.

if you do have any questions or suggestions about it, feel free to comment here and i will do my best to answer. thanks for reading!
