Default voice playing when turning on Car Radio and keeps playing over the voiced channels
As the title says the default muffled voice sound keeps playing with the radio turned on even when no channel is set and is playing over the voiced channels

Ah, is it this mod that's doing it? I noticed the default audio doing that when I was trying to listen to music from True Music.
